Mr. Millath has an experience of more than three decade in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs as an Indian Corporate Law Service (ICLS) Officer. He has held various positions in Ministry of Corporate Affairs including but not limited to as Registrar of Companies of Kerala, Official Liquidator attached to Hon’ble High Court of Kerala and Karnataka, Regional Director of Western Region (Mumbai and Goa) under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. He has also been empanelled as a Mediator- Conciliator by the Central Government under section 442 of the Companies Act, 2013. Presently practicing as Advocate before Hon’ble High Court of Kerala and NCLT.
Mr. Abid Millath heads Corporate & Intellectual Property team. Abid Millath is apracticed Corporate Attorney with over 11 years of success in advising clients on legal matters including but not limited to General and Transactional Corporate matters, mediation, lawsuits, negotiated settlements, documentation etc. His areas of expertise include advising Clients on transactional matters including foreign investments in companies and related legal compliances. He is involved in handling private equity transactions and undertaking thorough legal due diligence, advising on legal and commercial aspects in transactions.
VS Mansoor is part of Litigation team. He appeared in several well known criminal cases for accused persons before the Hon'ble High Court of Kerala and various criminal courts in Kerala.
He proved his expertise in handling several Cyber crimes and offences committed under the Information Technology Act.
Daya Sindhu Shreehari is a part of Litigation team. He primarily focuses on tender, commercial and matters related to other miscellaneous laws. He has extensive knowledge in handling Civil and Criminal litigation including preventive detention matters. He is currently empanelled for conducting cases on behalf of Government entities also.
Mr. Dev is part of Litigation team. He primarily focuses on criminal, civil, real estate and family matters. He has extensive knowledge in handling Civil and Criminal litigation. He takes care of real estate due diligence and marketability of title in real estate transactions.
